The Mental Health Counselor provides clinical care services including assessment, treatment planning, individual, family, group, and milieu therapy for adolescents at Providence Residential Treatment. This part-time, per diem role requires a master's degree and relevant clinical licensure such as LPC, LPA, or LCSW, with preference for two years of clinical experience. The position supports collaborative treatment alongside healthcare professionals in a patient-centered, trauma-informed care environment.
Description
Responsible for supporting all aspects of the clinical programming for the Crisis Recovery Center. Provides direct client care services in all assigned areas that includes assessment, treatment planning, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and milieu therapy. Plans and provides client, family, peer and community education and coordinates services with other health care professionals including interaction with physicians or ARNP responsible for the care of the client.
