Position Overview

Join the Cath Lab team at Batesville, AR — a collaborative, patient-focused environment where you’ll use your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality cardiac care. This role involves active participation in scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring during procedures while ensuring safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care utilizing the nursing process and hospital standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to achieve optimal outcomes
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and monitor hemodynamic parameters
• Provide both physical and emotional support to patients and families
• Maintain professionalism and high standards of care in a dynamic procedural environment

Schedule & Call

• Shift: 5x8 Days
• On-Call: 10–15 call shifts per month
• Weekend Requirement: Call only
• Hours: 40 guaranteed per week

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years Cath Lab experience (required)
• Certifications:
  • BLS (AHA) – Required
  • ACLS (AHA) – Required
• Licensure: Active Arkansas RN License (required)
• EMR: MediTech experience preferred
• Must be proficient in scrub, circulate, and monitoring duties
• Must interpret cardiac rhythms
• Candidate’s permanent address must be included
  • Facility will not consider local candidates within a 50-mile radius
  • Applicants within 90–150 miles may be reviewed but not guaranteed
