Job Title: CT Technologist – Emergency Department | Weekend Nights

Location: Charlotte, NC

Shift: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour (Friday–Sunday, 19:45 – 08:15)

Duration: 13 weeks

Overview: We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a fast-paced emergency department in Charlotte, NC. This weekend-only contract role requires strong technical skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage high patient volumes. Candidates must be proficient with Siemens Force and GE scanners and have experience in trauma and stroke protocols.

Key Details:

• Weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• No weekend RTO permitted
• No call or float requirements
• 36 hours per week offered
• Daily caseload: 150–200 scans across 4 rooms
• Patient population includes infants through geriatrics
• Orientation may begin Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of the first week; full availability required

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience
• Experience in inpatient, ER, and adult ICU settings
• CT procedures: Abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, multiplanar reconstruction
• Must have experience with Siemens Force scanners
• Prior experience in a 500+ bed facility required

Preferred Skills:

• Outpatient imaging
• IV starts and contrast administration
• PACS and Visage systems

Certifications:

• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT required
• BLS required

Facility Details:

• Emergency department setting
• Equipment: Siemens Force, S3000, Sequoia; GE scanners
• Charting systems: Epic and Visage
• Scrubs provided (Royal Blue)
