Shift: Monday–Friday, 8-Hour Days (08:30 AM – 05:00 PM)

Local Radius Rule: No candidates within 50 miles of the facility

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join the outpatient Breast Care Imaging team in Cumming, GA. This role involves performing high-quality breast imaging procedures including screening mammograms, breast ultrasound, bone density exams, and assisting with breast biopsy procedures. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and experienced in women’s imaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms following ACR and FDA guidelines
• Conduct breast ultrasound and bone density exams
• Assist with breast biopsy procedures in an outpatient setting
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy throughout imaging procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and image quality standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support diagnostic accuracy

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography
• ARRT certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in outpatient breast imaging preferred

Holiday Coverage Requirements

• Must work 1 major holiday: Christmas Day or New Year’s Day
• Must work 1 minor holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve
