🏥 Unit & Patient Details
- Unit: 3rd Medical/Surgical Unit (3 Medical)
- Beds: The main unit has 48 beds (including one negative pressure and one Hospice room). The specific 3 Medical unit description lists 10 private rooms and 1 observation bed.
- Telemetry: Equipped to provide telemetry monitoring to 4 patients with stable dysrhythmias (on 3 Medical).
- Daily Census: 26 (Appears to be the facility average or a general unit figure).
- Patient Age Group: Adults and Geriatrics (excludes pediatrics).
- Patient Ratios (Nights): 5-7
- Common Diagnoses:
- Medical: COVID-19 patients, CVA (stroke), Diabetes, Renal disease, COPD, Pneumonia, Cellulitis, CA (Cancer).
- Surgical: Post-surgical patients (Orthopedic, Genitourinary, Gastrointestinal, and General surgical procedures).
- Exclusions: Major neurosurgical and cardiovascular surgical procedures are excluded.
- Charting System: Meditech (Preferred)
- Medication System: Pyxis
- Communication System: SBAR
- Scrubs: Navy Blue
✅ Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 Years of experience.
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)

- Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
- Patient Ratio Experience: 5-7
